Joining a Kilimanjaro Group Climb is a fantastic option if you’re traveling alone, with a partner, or if you want to share the experience with fellow adventurers from around the globe. Our groups typically consist of 2-12 people, with a maximum of 12-18 participants depending on the route you choose. We offer group climbs on several routes including Machame, Lemosho, Shira, Northern Circuit, Marangu, and Rongai.
Why Opt for a Group Climb on Kilimanjaro?
Joining a group climb has several advantages. You can select a group and date that fits your schedule. We organize climbs daily throughout the year for groups of all sizes on any route, whether private or open climbs. All scheduled climbs are guaranteed to proceed, regardless of the number of participants. This means your trip won’t be canceled, and you won’t face any additional costs, even if you’re the only one booked.
We operate climbs every day of the year and can arrange a climb with just 2 days’ notice for any group size. However, many solo travelers prefer to join existing groups for a more social experience.

START PLANNINGKilimanjaro is one of the world’s most accessible high summits, a beacon for visitors from around the world. Most climbers reach the crater rim with little more than a walking stick, proper clothing and determination. And those who reach Uhuru Point, the actual summit, or Gillman’s Point on the lip of the crater, will have earned their climbing certificates. And their memories.
